A: That was our old policy. Beginning January 2008 you can take your dinner home if you choose not to finish it at the restaurant, but only if you make one bowl. Dinner is still all-you-can-eat, and if you make more than one bowl you can't expect to take it home; no buffet will let you do that.
A: Shanghai Noodles are made for us by the Kim Hung Noodle Company in San Francisco. They are made of enriched flour, water, fresh eggs, starch, and benzoate of soda.
A: No. The deep frying oil used to make our wontons and spring rolls and dessert cups is 100% rice bran oil. The oil we use in our sauce selections is 100% canola oil.
No Trans-fats are used in our deep frying or in your Stir-fry.
A: The best! We take reservations for parties of 10 or more, and we treat you to your very own Hula Sundae... a crispy cinnamon-sugar wonton shell filled with rich vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate or caramel sauce and whipped cream. Yum!
